Firstly Magda saw to all arrangements including making sure I had a left handed reel. The skipper knew his stuff and went to great lengths to ensure we caught fish. If an area was unproductive he moved. In the end I got plenty of hake and thy were delicious. Boat was kept clean by a deckhand at all times. I am already saving for my next trip. I recommend this team unreservedly.

What an absolute must to do when visiting Mosselbay! From booking with the Dream Catcher up to docking again- everything was proffessional and great fun. Will definately do it again!

Schalk was able to enaure that last year as well as this year I went home with a catch and not nothing.. this year with only 3 fish but one of which was a Cape Salmon was fantastic.

Just had out trip yesterday with Magda, Schalk and the team.

We had an absolute blast! We caught so many different species of fish from Bronze Bream, Sea Barbel, Soldier Fish, Carpenter Fish, Red Steenbras, Cape Salmons, Crab Sharks, Bronze Whaler Sharks and some Red Roman! Only keeping what is of legal size and returning the rest.

It was an amazing day and we cannot wait to return for another trip! I would highly recommend them for your next deep sea fishing trip! The team are professional and knowledgable and run a smooth operation with next level service.

Baie dankie aan Magda vir al die reelings en admin. Al my vrae was met geduld beantwoord en die besprekings proses was maklik. Die bootrit was lekker en ons het verby n groot skool dolfyne gery wat dit baie spesiaal gemaak het. Dankie dat ons kon fotos neem van dit! Die hengel was lekker, Schalk en John het ons mooi gehelp en gewys wat om te doen. Hulle kennis van hengel en die verskillende spesies is verstommend. Hul doen moeite om die regte visvang plekke te kry en doen hul bes dat elkeen met n vis huis toe gaan. Hul hou streng by die reels en die groottes en saklimiete en doen als volgens regulasies. Sal hul beslis aanbeveel.

It was an amazing experience. From the get go! All my questions were answered. Everything was explained to me in detail. Bookings was made extremely easy and quick. On the boat everything was shown and explained. None of us were left to fend for ourselves. We made a trip to sail island, saw dolphins and whales while catching fish. Congratulation to the captain and his team. What a great day!

On 20th april my friend and I went on a fishing trip with mosselbaai deepsea fishing adventures.Very nervous because of it being my first deepsea fishing experience, I was soon relaxed by the confidence and knowledge of the skipper. I would also like to add that the crew on the boat was very helpful with the do and do nots of fishing saltwater. Plenty of fish were caught on the day.
Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely book them for my next fishing adventure.

You guys were great. Thanks to the entire team and especially Magda for all the planning to get my friend Guyin his wheelchair on deck in the dry docks before launching, worked out perfectly. We were a bid late, but Magda waited for us. I would like to thank Mosselbay Deepsea Adventures for making my boy and my first ever Deepsea Adventure together extra special. This is the type of service that build friendships. From the Weather updates we receive from Management, right through the very experienced Skipper and Deckhand who assisted us like the proffesional team they are. We were very fortunate to have caught fish (Panga, Silvers) all round on the boat and Matty, my son even managed to caught the Catch of the Day with his beautiful Red Roman.

What an amazing experience on the Dream Catcher…On a day where fishing conditions were tough, the exceptional crew of the Dream Catcher went out of their way to give all of us fisherman on board an amazing experience.
Besides the wildlife that was spotted ( 9 whales in total, 2 pods of dolphins and the infamous Great White Shark ), our Skipper Schalk also managed to put us on the fish. I caught two PB’s and I can say with certainty that without the advice of deckhand Barnato i would not have caught those beauties.

Ek probeer elke jaar tydens my vakansie 1 x diepsee visvang. Was al 12 keer met Magda-hulle uit. Beste vangs was 18 kabeljoue tussen 15 en 18kg elk! Skipper Schalk en gilly Leon is die beste. Vangste kan nie gewaarborg word nie maar Magda se span doen altyd hul heel beste om vis te soek! Diens is profesioneel!!

Baie dankie aan Magda vir haar vriendelike en goeie kliënte diens. Die bespreeking was vinnig en maklik. Ons Direkteur, sy kinders en sy vriende het die visvang vreeslik geniet. Ons sal julle enige tyd aanbeveel.

We are really impressed by their effort, and they know the best spots and took us to all the spots to make sure we catch the best fish. One of the few deep sea charters that really goes the extra mile. The service was AMAZING big shout out to the deckhand. Great Job definitely prefer them over the other deep sea charters.

Ek en my man Jaco was vandag saam met Deep Sea Adventures uit. Die skipper en sy bemanning het uitstekende diens gegee. Hulle het ook groot moeite gedoen dat almal ñ vis vang. Lekker gesels. Het onder andere ook 2 KG Red Roman asook 3.5 kg kabeljou gevang. Ons sal vir seker weer van hierdie diwns gebruik maak. Het ook baie gsleer vandag, en sal hierdie Mpy aanbeveel as nog onervare is op boot. Hulle het baie geduld en leer mens tegnieke ook.

Ek hengel al vandat ek kan onthou en probeer die liefde vir die see aan my 10jarige seun oordra.
Ek is self betrokke met diepsee charters in die kaap so ek weet hoeveel werk daar in n enkele trip gedoen word.
Magda het ons met ope arms ontvang om 05h45 die oggend en ons baie welkom laat voel.

Schalk en Chris het ons deur die dag vermaak met grappies en lekker visvang stories van die verlede.
Hulle het ongelooflik hard gewerk om ons op die vis te sit….eers by die rif en dan by daai rif……en vis het ons gekry. Sommer mooi vis.

Schalk en Chris se kennis en liefde vir die see is iets om te beleef.
